Product
- All of our product are original and official from licensed brand owner.
- Each brand has different size chart, therefore we could not inform size chart for every single brand.
- Each brand product quality are differs from one to another and its beyond our responsibility.
Payment
- Payment must be made in the currency with amount as indicated on your order before you submit it.
- Your products will be supplied after your payment is cleared.
- If we do not receive payment within 24 Hours (1 Day) after the date of your order, then your order will be cancelled.
- Orders paid through any other pre-payment method will be cancelled if we did not receive payment in clear funds within 24 Hours (1 Day).
- To expedite payment validation process, please do payment confirmation as soon as possible. [ Payment Confirmation ]
Delivery
- Merchside aims to deliver your items in the fastest time possible.
- Delivery time is processed from Monday to Friday.
- Any order received or payment done prior to 17:00 will be proceed with delivery at the same day, after 17:00, delivery to be proceed on next business day.
- Product arrival time depends on the courier and selected service type and Merchside shall not be responsible for any delay on delivery.
Shipping Fee
- Delivery fee and additional charges from the courier are fully charged to the buyer.
Acceptance Of Thee Goods & Return
- If within 1 x 24 Hours no confirmation upon order received, product is considered well received by the buyer.
- Merchside is allowed to reject any complains against delivered products as it has passed QC process.
- We are not responsible for any incorrect option made by buyer and un-exchangeable.
- Product exchange / return can only be made if the product sent by Merchside differ from buyer order.
- Merchside only accept complaint of incorrect order within 1 x 24 Hours after order received.
- Delivery fee for this return shall be charged to Merchside.
Refund
- We will refund in full amount in the product replacement is not available or out of stock.
